Your struggles did not come to define you.
They came to develop you.
They developed the discernment to recognize what others may overlook.
They developed the courage to step in when someone else is struggling.
They developed the discipline to stay in when progress is slow.
And they developed the wisdom to reach back once you have made it through.
I am not proud of every chapter of my story, but I refuse to believe any chapter was wasted. The difficult seasons strengthened my leadership, deepened my compassion, and taught me how to turn hard-earned lessons into systems that help other people succeed.
That is why I lead with both accountability and humanity.
The goal is not simply to survive what happened to you. The goal is to allow it to develop something within you that can serve a greater purpose.
Your struggle may be part of your story, but it does not get to write your ending.
Step In. Stay In. Succeed. Step Out. Reach Back.
